電鍍(du)純(chun)水設(she)備傳統的(de)制備工(gong)藝(yi)通常(chang)(chang)是采(cai)用離子(zi)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)樹(shu)(shu)脂進(jin)行制取,但(dan)采(cai)用離子(zi)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)樹(shu)(shu)脂通常(chang)(chang)需要經(jing)常(chang)(chang)性的(de)進(jin)行樹(shu)(shu)脂再生,即耗(hao)費(fei)物(wu)力又浪費(fei)人工(gong). 我們(men)公(gong)司經(jing)過(guo)多(duo)年實踐,同(tong)時結(jie)合新的(de)膜分離技(ji)術,采(cai)用低(di)壓反滲(shen)透加(jia)離子(zi)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)系統(或(huo)EDI)相結(jie)合用來制備電鍍(du)超純(chun)水,該(gai)工(gong)藝(yi)與傳統工(gong)藝(yi)相比具有運行成本(ben)低(di),運行可(ke)靠。與新工(gong)藝(yi)相比具有造(zao)價低(di),反滲(shen)透工(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)術安(an)全可(ke)靠。
二,EDI技術介紹
EDI(Electrodeionization)是一種將(jiang)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)膜技(ji)術(shu)(shu)和(he)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)遷移技(ji)術(shu)(shu)相結合的純(chun)水制造技(ji)術(shu)(shu)。它巧(qiao)妙的將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)滲(shen)析和(he)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)相結合,利(li)用兩端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極高壓使水中帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)移動,并配(pei)合離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)樹脂(zhi)及選擇性樹脂(zhi)膜以加速離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)移動去除,從而達到水純(chun)化的目的。在(zai)EDI除鹽過(guo)程中,離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用下通過(guo)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)膜被清(qing)除。同(tong)時,水分子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用下產(chan)生氫離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)和(he)氫氧根離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),這(zhe)些離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)對離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)樹脂(zhi)進行連(lian)續再生,以使離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)交(jiao)換(huan)(huan)樹脂(zhi)保持良好的狀態。
