制備電鍍純水的工(gong)藝流程
電鍍純水(shui)的工藝(yi)大致(zhi)分成以下幾種

采用兩級反滲透(tou)方式,其流程如下
自來水→電動閥→多介質過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→活性炭過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→軟化(hua)水器(qi)(qi)(qi)→中間水箱(xiang)→低壓泵(beng) →精密過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→一級反滲透(tou)(tou)→PH調節→混合器(qi)(qi)(qi)→二級反滲透(tou)(tou)(反滲透(tou)(tou)膜表面(mian)帶正電荷) →純(chun)水箱(xiang)→純(chun)水泵(beng)→微孔過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→用(yong)水點(dian)
采(cai)用高效反滲透加EDI方式,其流程如下
自來水→電動閥→多介質過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器→活(huo)性炭過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器→軟(ruan)化(hua)水器→中(zhong)間(jian)水箱(xiang)→低壓泵 →PH值調節系統→高效(xiao)混(hun)合器→精密過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器→高效(xiao)反滲(shen)透→中(zhong)間(jian)水箱(xiang)→EDI水泵 →EDI系統→微孔過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器→用水點(dian)
