1、本項目超純水處理(li)系統采用“預處理(li)+雙級反滲透(tou)+EDI+雙極拋光混床(chuang)+恒(heng)壓供(gong)水供(gong)水”工藝。
超(chao)純水制(zhi)備系統出水需(xu)滿足以下技(ji)術條件:
★1)電阻率: 18.2兆歐;
★2)出水壓力:3公斤(jin);
★3)出水量:3噸(dun)/小時;
★4)終端產水顆粒物:≤0.1um;
★5)TOC(總有機碳(tan)):<10ppb;
★6)重(zhong)金屬(shu)離子:<0.1ppb。
反滲(shen)透(tou)又稱逆滲(shen)透(tou),是一種以壓(ya)(ya)力(li)差為(wei)推動力(li),從(cong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液中分(fen)離出溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)膜(mo)分(fen)離操(cao)作。對膜(mo)一側(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)(de)料(liao)液施(shi)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)力(li),當壓(ya)(ya)力(li)超過它的(de)(de)(de)滲(shen)透(tou)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi),溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)會逆著自然滲(shen)透(tou)的(de)(de)(de)方向作反向滲(shen)透(tou)。從(cong)而(er)(er)在膜(mo)的(de)(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)得(de)到透(tou)過的(de)(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji),即滲(shen)透(tou)液;高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)得(de)到濃(nong)縮(suo)的(de)(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液,即濃(nong)縮(suo)液。利用(yong)孔徑為(wei)1/10000μm(相當于(yu)大腸桿(gan)菌大小的(de)(de)(de)1/6000,病毒的(de)(de)(de)1/300)的(de)(de)(de)反滲(shen)透(tou)膜(mo)(RO膜(mo)),使較(jiao)高(gao)濃(nong)度的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)變(bian)為(wei)低(di)濃(nong)度水(shui),同時(shi)(shi)將工(gong)業污染物、重金屬、細(xi)菌、病毒等大量混(hun)入水(shui)中的(de)(de)(de)雜質全(quan)部隔離,從(cong)而(er)(er)達到飲用(yong)規(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)理化指標及衛生標準,產出至清至純(chun)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)。
2、本項目廢水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理系統采用(yong)“ph 中和+微電解+芬頓氧化+絮(xu)凝(ning)沉淀+石英砂(sha)過濾”工藝。所(suo)處(chu)理的廢水(shui)(shui)包含(han)實驗(yan)室其他清洗廢水(shui)(shui)、酸堿洗滌塔廢水(shui)(shui)以及(ji)scrubber 處(chu)理器廢水(shui)(shui)進(jin)(jin)入自(zi)建污(wu)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理設備進(jin)(jin)行處(chu)理,處(chu)理后與生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)水(shui)(shui)和純水(shui)(shui)制備廢水(shui)(shui)一起匯入園區公共化糞池,經(jing)市政污(wu)水(shui)(shui)管網,最終(zhong)排(pai)入清河再生(sheng)水(shui)(shui)廠進(jin)(jin)行處(chu)理。污(wu)染物排(pai)放總(zong)量(liang)為: COD 為0.0683t/a, 氨氮為0.0042t/a。
