UNI—TANK廢水(shui)處理(li)工藝(yi)(yi)是由(you)比利時史格斯清水(shui)公(gong)司(SEGHERS ENGINEERING WA’11Eli NV)開(kai)發的(de)一(yi)種專利工藝(yi)(yi)。它是傳統SBR工藝(yi)(yi)的(de)一(yi)種變(bian)型(xing)和發展,類似于三溝(gou)式(shi)氧(yang)化溝(gou)工藝(yi)(yi),是一(yi)種高(gao)效、經(jing)濟、靈活的(de)污(wu)水(shui)處理(li)工藝(yi)(yi),具有(you)良好的(de)發展前景。
系統(tong)構造(zao)特點
1.1基本結構
UNITANK系統(tong)由3個(ge)矩形池(chi)組成,3個(ge)池(chi)平行(xing)而又相通,每個(ge)池(chi)均(jun)設有供氧設備,可采(cai)用(yong)鼓風(feng)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。其中中間(jian)池(chi)只作(zuo)為(wei)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)池(chi),兩個(ge)邊池(chi)交替作(zuo)為(wei)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)池(chi)和(he)沉淀池(chi),邊池(chi)設有固定(ding)出水(shui)堰(yan)和(he)剩(sheng)余(yu)污泥(ni)排放口。進入系統(tong)的污水(shui)通過(guo)管(guan)道(dao)或者渠道(dao)配水(shui),交替進入3個(ge)池(chi)中的任意一個(ge),系統(tong)實現連(lian)續(xu)進水(shui)連(lian)續(xu)排水(shui),如(ru)圖1所(suo)示。
1.2運行方式
由于UNITANK工(gong)藝(yi)是傳統SBR 工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)一(yi)種變型,具有SBR工(gong)藝(yi)運行方(fang)(fang)式靈活的(de)優點,可以通過時間(jian)及空間(jian)上的(de)控制及曝氣、攪拌的(de)控制,使(shi)3個池內形成好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)、缺氧(yang)(yang)或(huo)者厭氧(yang)(yang)環境,實現多種工(gong)藝(yi)目的(de),如:碳源有機(ji)物(wu)的(de)去除、脫(tuo)氨或(huo)者除磷(lin)。根據具體(ti)處(chu)(chu)理(li)對象的(de)不同(tong),UNITANK系統的(de)運行方(fang)(fang)式不同(tong),下(xia)面對好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)UNITANK處(chu)(chu)理(li)系統作(zuo)一(yi)介紹。
好氧(yang)UNITANK系統的運行過程包括6個階段:
(1)污(wu)水進(jin)入(ru)邊(bian)池(chi)A,池(chi)內進(jin)行曝(pu)氣(qi),池(chi)內混合液 經中間池(chi)B進(jin)入(ru)邊(bian)池(chi)C,C池(chi)通(tong)過固(gu)定(ding)出水堰排水;
(2)A池(chi)停(ting)止進水(shui),繼(ji)續曝氣,污水(shui)進入B池(chi),C 池(chi)繼(ji)續排(pai)水(shui);
(3)A池(chi)停止曝氣,靜沉,污水繼續進(jin)入B池(chi),C 池(chi)繼續排(pai)水;
(4)污水進(jin)入邊池(chi)(chi)C,池(chi)(chi)內進(jin)行曝氣,混合液經中(zhong)間池(chi)(chi)B進(jin)入A池(chi)(chi),A池(chi)(chi)通過(guo)固定出水堰排水;
(5)C池(chi)(chi)停止進水(shui),繼續曝氣,污水(shui)進入B池(chi)(chi),A池(chi)(chi)繼續排水(shui);
(6)C池(chi)停止(zhi)曝(pu)氣,靜(jing)沉(chen),污水繼續進入B池(chi),A池(chi)繼續排水,直至排水完(wan)畢,完(wan)成一個(ge)運(yun)行周期。整個(ge)周期內中(zhong)間池(chi)B始終進行曝(pu)氣,其中(zhong)(1)~(3)階段和(4)~(6)階段運(yun)行方向(xiang)正(zheng)好相反。
當脫氮除(chu)磷時,UNITANK系(xi)統的(de)曝氣池內除(chu)了(le)設(she)有曝氣設(she)備外,還設(she)有攪拌設(she)備等,根(gen)據工藝要求,通過對曝氣和攪拌沒備的(de)控(kong)制存池內形成交替的(de)好氧(yang)、缺氧(yang)、厭(yan)氧(yang)狀態。這些工藝過程的(de)實現依賴于在線(xian)溶氧(yang)儀(yi)、在線(xian)氧(yang)化還原電位等監控(kong)設(she)備和系(xi)統。
1 3工藝(yi)特點
UNITANK工(gong)藝具有(you)傳統SBR工(gong)藝的一些優點(dian),同時在(zai)其(qi)基礎上又有(you)較大的改進,其(qi)特點(dian)如(ru)下:
(1)與傳統(tong)活性(xing)污泥(ni)法相比(bi),UNlTANK系統(tong)小省去了污泥(ni)回(hui)流,節省了大量(liang)的投(tou)資(zi),運行費用較(jiao)低。
(2)所有的池體均采(cai)用(yong)矩形,可以共(gong)用(yong)池壁,而(er)且3個池之(zhi)間(jian)水力押通,中間(jian)池壁水受單向水壓,因而(er)土建省,同時(shi)占地(di)面積(ji)小(xiao)。
(3)系統在恒定水(shui)(shui)位(wei)下(xia)運(yun)行,水(shui)(shui)力負荷穩定,不僅可以(yi)(yi)充分利用(yong)(yong)(yong)反應池的(de)(de)有效容積,而且可以(yi)(yi)降低(di)對管道閥等設備的(de)(de)要求。同時,在恒定水(shui)(shui)位(wei)下(xia)運(yun)行,曝(pu)氣系統可以(yi)(yi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)表面曝(pu)氣設備,使曝(pu)氣系統的(de)(de)管理(li)和(he)維護較為方(fang)便;采用(yong)(yong)(yong)構造簡單的(de)(de)固定出水(shui)(shui)堰(yan)代替價格(ge)昂貴的(de)(de)潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)器(qi),節省了投資。
(4)可以根據反應(ying)池內的(de)溶解氧、氧化還原(yuan)電(dian)位等在(zai)線監測數據,通過改(gai)變供氧量,切換進出(chu)水閥門,以及(ji)改(gai)變好氧、缺氧及(ji)厭氧反應(ying)時間等控制手段,在(zai)空間上營(ying)造(zao)合適的(de)反應(ying)條(tiao)件,高(gao)效地(di)去除(chu)污水中的(de)碳源(yuan)有機物,以及(ji)脫(tuo)氮除(chu)磷。

UNITANKT藝自問世以來,已經在世界各地得到廣(guang)泛的研究和(he)隨用(yong)。世界各地已經有160多(duo)個此外,廣(guang)東珠江啤酒采用(yong)了該項技術,建成(cheng)投(tou)產后效槊良好。2.2應用(yong)方向(xiang)的思考(kao)
目前國(guo)內已(yi)經有(you)科研(yan)院所(suo)對UNlTANK工(gong)(gong)藝進行研(yan)究(jiu)。東南(nan)大學環境工(gong)(gong)程系(xi)和南(nan)京(jing)市(shi)政設計研(yan)究(jiu)院采用UNITANK工(gong)(gong)藝處(chu)理城市(shi)污水(shui),研(yan)究(jiu)UNITANK工(gong)(gong)藝的(de)(de)脫氯除(chu)磷性能,取(qu)得良好的(de)(de)效(xiao)果。但(dan)在實際應用中,UNITANK工(gong)(gong)藝是否適合我國(guo)的(de)(de)國(guo)情,足否適合污水(shui)處(chu)理的(de)(de)各個領域,對于工(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢水(shui)處(chu)理是否有(you)著(zhu)不(bu)同的(de)(de)下豈特(te)性,這些都是值得探討的(de)(de)。下面對此(ci)進行初步的(de)(de)分析和討論。2.2.1有(you)效(xiao)容積分析
由于(yu)UNITANK系(xi)(xi)統(tong)連(lian)續進(jin)(jin)水連(lian)續出(chu)水,中(zhong)間(jian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)連(lian)續曝(pu)氣(qi),其(qi)(qi)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)利(li)用(yong)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)100%,兩個(ge)邊(bian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)交(jiao)替作為(wei)(wei)(wei)曝(pu)氣(qi)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)(he)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),這樣在(zai)一(yi)個(ge)運行(xing)周期(qi)內,實(shi)際上相當于(yu)一(yi)個(ge)邊(bian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)完全(quan)起著沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)泥(ni)水分離,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)由于(yu)排(pai)(pai)水之(zhi)前(qian)還(huan)必須安(an)排(pai)(pai)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),因此,邊(bian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)不(bu)足50%,實(shi)際應用(yong)中(zhong)邊(bian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)(he)中(zhong)間(jian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)一(yi)般容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)相等,這樣整(zheng)個(ge)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)與總池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容(rong)(rong)之(zhi)比小于(yu)66.7%,假定某個(ge)好氧UNITANK系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)運行(xing)周期(qi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)8 h,每個(ge)邊(bian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)廢(fei)水的(de)(de)(de)(de)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)3h.則每個(ge)邊(bian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際曝(pu)氣(qi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)3 b,其(qi)(qi)余5 h用(yong)于(yu)排(pai)(pai)水,則系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)僅占58.3%、,這就(jiu)意味(wei)著該UNITANK系(xi)(xi)統(tong)4l .7%的(de)(de)(de)(de)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容(rong)(rong)用(yong)于(yu)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)和(he)(he)排(pai)(pai)水,而傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)二(er)沉(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)廢(fei)水的(de)(de)(de)(de)水力(li)停(ting)留(liu)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)僅為(wei)(wei)(wei)2 h~3 h。當傳統(tong)活(huo)性(xing)污(wu)泥(ni)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(包括(kuo)曝(pu)氣(qi)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)(he)二(er)沉(chen)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi))的(de)(de)(de)(de)水力(li)停(ting)留(liu)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)較長時(shi)(shi),假定為(wei)(wei)(wei)lO h,則系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)利(li)用(yong)書(shu)可(ke)達70%以上。在(zai)實(shi)際應用(yong)中(zhong)必須對UNITANK系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)加(jia)以考(kao)慮。為(wei)(wei)(wei)了提高UNITANK系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji),可(ke)以采取加(jia)大(da)中(zhong)間(jian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦法,以提高系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)經濟性(xing)。例如,可(ke)將邊(bian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)設計為(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)間(jian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容(rong)(rong)積(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)半。實(shi)際應用(yong)中(zhong),還(huan)必須考(kao)慮其(qi)(qi)他有(you)(you)關問題,比如反應池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平面布(bu)置(zhi),進(jin)(jin)水點的(de)(de)(de)(de)布(bu)置(zhi)以及邊(bian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)承受的(de)(de)(de)(de)水力(li)負(fu)荷等:
